We knew this when we were young but most of us wait until now to cultivate relationships. Great reminder Joe.

Thanks for the podcast. I really enjoyed listening. I submit that having strong connections and friendships with others can’t be underestimated. Creating a plan to be intentional in developing those connections should be a top priority…whether it be through your church, volunteering, hobbies, and educational opportunities. Loneliness leads to depression and a downward spiral.

Enjoyed this session. I have found full time retirement is not for me because a defined routine is too much in my DNA. While I don’t really want to work full time anymore, I hope I can work part time or at least gig until I am 70-75. Really looking forward to your session on race and would love to hear your personal perspectives on the topic.

I get about 7 hours of sleep and like clock work up at 6:00am and a goal of living to at least to 80! Lol .... which means I'll have 4,395 full days’ worth of more awake time!!!!
